Fixed Ultra A and Better Throne Butt

The moment when you do a stupid and forget to remove the comments on your Ultra A chosen restrictions results in an unoticeably stronger Owl unless you use a golden weapon. Also, I figured that his Throne Butt was too weak, so I thought "Why not throw more RNG in the mix?" Now Owl can do critical hits with guns while flying with Throne Butt, with the random factor hopefully working.
